Private document to PDF conversion
The converter processes supported files entirely in your browser. Modern OOXML Word files are read from their document package, OpenDocument files from content.xml, RTF/TXT/HTML through local text parsing, and legacy Word .doc files through a browser-based MS-DOC parser. The source file is not uploaded for conversion.
Microsoft Word 97–2003 .doc is parsed with a dedicated MS-DOC parser in the browser; damaged, encrypted or unusual files may still fail. Review the generated PDF before sharing, especially for complex tables, embedded objects and unusual page layouts.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert Word 97–2003 .doc files?
Yes. Legacy .doc files are parsed locally in the browser. Some encrypted, damaged or unusual documents may not be readable.
Can I use DOCX, DOCM and Word templates?
Yes. DOCX, DOCM, DOTX and DOTM are accepted as Open XML Word packages. Macro code is not executed.
Do you support ODT, RTF, TXT and HTML?
Yes. These common document formats are accepted and converted using local text extraction. Rich formatting may be simplified.
