These terms describe the conditions for using FreePDF Tools. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and to keep appropriate copies of important files.

Free browser utilities

FreePDF Tools provides browser-based document utilities on an "as available" basis. Supported operations include merging, splitting, rotating, image conversion and visible text watermarking. Features, browser limits and supported file sizes may change as the service evolves.

Your files and responsibility

You are responsible for the files you choose, your right to modify them and the downloaded results. Keep an original backup before editing important documents. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, violate privacy, bypass lawful access restrictions, distribute malicious content or perform any unlawful activity.

No guarantee of perfect conversion

PDF files can contain complex fonts, forms, annotations, encryption, embedded media and unusual structures. Although the tools are designed for common documents, we cannot guarantee that every file will open or that every output will be suitable for a particular legal, archival, accessibility or professional purpose. Verify important results yourself.

Third-party components

The site uses open-source libraries and may load them through third-party CDNs. Those components have their own licences and availability. A network or CDN outage can prevent a tool from loading even though the document processing itself is local.

Advertising

The service may display advertising to support free access. Advertisements do not constitute an endorsement of the advertised products or services. Advertising must not be interpreted as part of the PDF processing result.

Availability and limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free output. FreePDF Tools is not responsible for loss caused by relying on an unverified conversion, loss of an original file, browser failure or third-party service interruption.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means the current published terms apply to that use.
