Privacy and browser-processing limits
The tools in these guides process selected documents locally in your browser. The PDF or image bytes do not need to be uploaded to our application server for the supported operations. Your device supplies the memory and processing power, which is why a large batch may work more reliably on a laptop than on a low-memory phone.
Keep your original files until you have opened and checked the result. Use the Unlock PDF tool with a known password before another workflow when necessary; browser tools cannot repair every malformed or damaged document.
