How to reorder or delete PDF pages
Select one PDF and wait for its numbered page list. Use the arrow controls to move a page one position, send it to the beginning or send it to the end. Remove unwanted pages with the × control. The original page number stays visible, while the position number shows where that page will appear in the result.
Select Save organized PDF when the list is correct. The tool copies the chosen pages into a new document; your original file is not modified. Open the download and verify the first, middle and last pages before replacing any working copy.
When page organization is useful
- Move a cover sheet or signed approval to the beginning.
- Delete accidental blank scanner pages.
- Put appendices in the required submission order.
- Create a shorter sharing copy without unrelated pages.
Frequently asked questions
Can I undo a page move?
Yes. Move the page again or use Restore order to return every remaining page to its original sequence. Removed pages also return when you restore.
Does organizing reduce page quality?
Pages are copied as PDF pages rather than converted into screenshots, so the tool does not intentionally rasterize the page content.
Why can forms or advanced links change?
Some interactive features depend on document-level structures. Always test forms, bookmarks, signatures and internal links after creating a reordered copy.
