PDF to JPG: turn PDF pages into images
Converting PDF pages to JPG is useful when a page must be shared in an image-friendly workflow. Each selected PDF page becomes a raster image rather than an editable PDF page.

When JPG makes sense
JPG works well for photographs, previews and general-purpose images where compact file size matters more than lossless text edges.
Resolution matters
A rendered PDF page has a chosen pixel resolution. Higher output resolution creates a clearer image but also uses more memory and produces a larger file.
JPG versus PNG
PNG is often preferable for diagrams, screenshots and sharp text with flat colours. JPG can be smaller for photographic pages.
Keep the PDF for editing
The image result is a snapshot. Keep the original PDF when you need selectable text, vector content, links or future page edits.
